Exchanges

If you received the wrong product we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. 

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product within 14-days of the delivery date for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.


Returns & Refunds

All unopened products may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund.  

To return a product please contact us at help@therituallife.co. Returns will be accepted within the first 14 days of delivery and the product(s) must be unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@therituallife.co.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issues refunds on gift cards.
